Then there is the matter of working capital

So how many will I sell? I have no idea. I am using print on demand T-shirts with Printify but I have to pay for the items upfront and then get back money after it has gone through the bank. This takes a while. I am putting the T-shirts out there as a test of the market. With the blank ties and the printing I am planning, I can't make much profit. I would also have to do the leg work myself because Printify, who would do the mailing if I used polyester, didn't work. I can see how it takes a ton of working capital to pull this off.

So, I need to order some blank ties. The vendor only has a small stock of the blank ties and so this is a further delay. Grrr. It has been harder than I thought just to experiment with different ties. The polyester ties printed well but the feel of them was pure plastic. I am much happier with cotton, which doesn't feel like a throw away item.
